Also joining the top flight this season are Leeds, West Brom and Fulham who will all be determined to make their mark on the upcoming 2020/2 Premier League season.

British Bookmakers may have already decided who they think will win the Premier League this season, but we all know how quickly things can change in the competition.

Plus, with quite a few clubs also adding new players to their line-ups, it will be interesting to see how they perform and how each team develops as the season progresses.

Bookmakers have their favourites to win the Premier League, so we've taken a look at the teams they deem most likely to win and checked out their form ahead of the season opener.

If you’re having a bet on the Premier League Winner, make sure you check out bookmakers latest signup offers, price boosts and betting offers to see if there's an offer you can use.

Man City

After a couple of sensational seasons, British Bookmakers offer former champions Man City as the favourites to take the 2020/21 Premier League title.

Pep Guardiola’s side secured a domestic quadruple by winning the Premier League, League Cup, FA Cup along with the Community Shield last season, and had a superb start to this season’s campaign, by beating Liverpool in the Community Shield.

Man City only lost 4 matches last season, and although it was one of the closet finishes in history, City managed to bag the title by 1 point ahead of Liverpool.

Having won by a clear 19 point lead the previous season, Man City will be hoping for a similar outcome and a 5th Premier League victory in the space of 9 years.

Guardiola’s squad should have a pretty easy opener against West Ham, before meeting Spurs, who are one of the other top contenders, in their first home match.

Without a doubt, Man City have one of the best squads in the competition, with world-class players such as Raheem Sterling, Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus up front, and Bernardo Silva in midfield, alongside Rodri who recently joined from Atletico Madrid.

They look to be in fantastic form heading into the new season Premier League season, and a victory would cap Man City’s 125th Anniversary season in perfect style.

Liverpool

Liverpool had an amazing season last year, despite the fact that they are the only team to ever take so many points without actually winning the Premier League.

Although this was a major disappointment to the Reds, they went on to record their 6th Champions League victory in a the final against Premier League rivals Spurs.

The Reds have improved every season under Jurgen Klopp, and last season’s performance showed a strong and confident side, and one that you could see winning the Premier League.

The European Champions will be determined to deny Man City a much-coveted hat-trick of Premier League titles, and Liverpool are expected to be their biggest challengers.

Klopp hasn’t changed things up too much during the transfer window, and given he has a solid squad already in place; this could prove to be a huge advantage as the start of the season.

Liverpool have a pretty easy run of opening matches against Norwich, Southampton, Burnley and Newcastle, with Arsenal being the only real challenge.

If Liverpool can get some decent points on the scoreboard from these clashes, they will be in a great position to stay ahead of the pack and challenge Man City for the title.

Spurs

After achieving a top 4 finish in the Premier League for the 4th season in a row, Spurs also went on to make the Champions League final last season.

Although they suffered defeat at the hands of Liverpool, they had a thrilling season, and are once again up there with the bookmakers favourites to win the Premier League.

Pochettino has certainly made his mark on Spurs, however, after 5 seasons in charge, he is still waiting to bring some silverware back to the new stadium in North London.

This season is being hailed as Tottenham’s make or break season.

Pochettino has a strong squad in place, which has been further enhanced by the signing of highly-rated Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon for a club record fee.

They have also settled into their new stadium well and have shown what they are capable of.

An opening fixture against Aston Villa shouldn’t be too challenging, but Spurs then face defending title holders Man City and also come up against Arsenal a few matches later.

It’s not an ideal start to the season, but if Spurs can deliver in these games and put points on the table early on in the competition, Pochettino could finally take home some silverware.

Man Utd

Man Utd may be bookmakers 4th favourites for the 2020/21 Premier League title, but they had a dismal finish to last season, ending up in 6th place having won only 2 of their last 7 matches.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over from Mourinho towards the end of last season, and although the Utd side looks a bit chaotic, it’s clear that they certainly have the talent in the squad to win.

Man Utd may boast some of the best players in the Premier League, but unfortunately they don’t seem to possess the hunger that they once did under Sir Alex Ferguson.

Without a doubt they can still play to a spectacular level, but glimpses have been few and far between, and they really need to come together to be strong contenders this season.

Pre-season fixtures showed that they are playing a more consistent game, with 5 wins and a draw from 6 matches, and if they can continue this form then they'll be in with a decent chance.

Solskjaer’s men take on Chelsea in what is set to be a difficult opening match, however they then meet Wolves, Crystal Palace, Southampton and Leicester City in their next 4 fixtures, where they should be able to get early points on the board.

Chelsea

Chelsea come into the upcoming 2020/21 Premier League season under newly appointed manager Frank Lampard, following the departure of Sarri in June.

It was a mixed bag for Chelsea last season as they only managed to secure 3rd place in the competition, however they successfully won the Europa League and were undefeated throughout the entirety of the competition.

It will be an interesting season for the London side, not only because Lampard is in charge, but also given the fact that they lost key player Eden Hazard to Real Madrid.

There has been quite a bit of drama at Stamford Bridge during the summer, most notably the imposed transfer ban which has been imposed for 2 windows.

Although they will fight the ruling, it puts Chelsea in a less than ideal situation, especially with Hazard leaving which has undoubtedly put them in a much weaker position.

Luckily Chelsea are a pretty solid team, and they always have the potential to do well.

If they can hold up against Man Utd in their opening fixture, they then have a few easier matches against Leicester, Norwich, Sheffield Utd and Wolves that they should bag points from.

British Bookmakers offer Chelsea as one of the top teams in the competition, and if Lampard can get all of his players to perform consistently, Chelsea could do quite well.

Arsenal

Unai Emery’s Arsenal side haven’t managed to finish in the top 4 of the Premier League in the last 3 seasons, however they only lost out a top 4 spot by 1 point to Spurs last season.

Although they had a terrible end to the last years premier League campaign, only winning 1 of their last 4 fixtures, the result was an improvement on the 2 previous seasons.

Emery has managed to land some promising new players during the transfer window, most notably talented winger Nicolas Pepe from Lille and William Saliba from Saint-Etienne.

Arsenal have a very talented squad, with some fantastic players in the line up and there is absolutely no reason why they can’t at least secure a top 4 spot this season.

Unfortunately for Arsenal, they don’t have the easiest of starts to their campaign, and their opening run of fixtures is a bit of a mixed bag.

First up is Newcastle, who they should easily beat, however they also face Liverpool and Spurs in their first 4 matches, which could prove much more challenging for Emery's side.

After shocking starts to their last 2 Premier League seasons, Arsenal will really need to get some points on the board early on, if they want to keep their dreams of a top 4 finish alive.

Archive: 2018/19

There are some new faces in the Premier League this year, with Wolves, Cardiff and Fulham all joining the top flight, while Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton and West Ham have all got new managers.

Most clubs have changed things up and welcomed new blood during the transfer window, and it will be interesting to see how the season unfolds for those new to the Premier League.

In the lead up to the first match, we've taken a look at the top 6 teams that online bookmakers offer as the favourites to be crowned Champions come next May.

While bookmakers have decided their favourites for Premier League 2018-19, there could still be a surprise team that comes from nowhere and wins the league like Leicester did in 2017.

Man City

Bookmakers offer last seasons Premier League winners as favourites to win again in 2018-19.

The reigning champions have finished in the top 4 for the past 8 seasons, and only lost 2 games last season, winning with a clear 19-point lead ahead of 2nd place Man Utd.

Pep Guardiola arguably has one of the best squads in the whole of the Premier League to select from, and they look in good form ahead of their first match against Arsenal.

A few players have moved on since last season including Yaya Toure, while the only new player in the Man City squad is Riyad Mahrez who was signed from Leicester.

If Man City play as well as they did for the majority of last season, they would easily take the silverware back to the Etihad Stadium for a consecutive season.

The only danger for Guardiola's players is that they underestimate some of the other top teams who they easily beat last season and don't play as well as is needed to beat them again.

Liverpool

In at number 2 as the team that online bookmakers believe to be the second most likely to win the upcoming Premier League season is Liverpool.

Although they haven’t won the Premier League since 1990, Jürgen Klopp’s men have finished in 4th place for the past 2 seasons, and made the Champions League final last season.

They may not have had much domestic success of late, but last season’s performance shows a very different Liverpool team, and one that could easily win in 2018-19.

There have been quite a few quality additions to the squad, with Fabinho, Naby Keita, Xherdan Shaqiri and Alisson Becker all joining, while a few players like Danny Ward have moved on.

Luckily Klopp has a dream start to the season, with less challenging opening matches against West Ham, Crystal Palace, Brighton and Leicester before they play Spurs in September.

If Liverpool can get some decent points from these early clashes, they will be in a much stronger position than they have been at a similar stage in previous seasons.

Chelsea

Having won the Premier League back in 2017, Chelsea ended last season with a disappointing 5th place finish, even though they did go on to win the FA Cup under Antonio Conte.

After their less than stellar performance, Chelsea did what was expected, and replaced manager Antonio Conte, and welcomed another Italian manager - Maurizio Sarri to the club.

Chelsea are a solid team, and have the potential to do well, but they seem to have struggled a bit in recent times when playing against the other top 6 teams in the competition.

Fortunately for Sarri, Chelsea only face one of the top teams in the early stages of their Premier League campaign, and this could give them the opportunity to rack up a decent point tally.

Sarri has also brought one of the most talented midfielders in Europe to Chelsea, with Jorginho signing from Napoli, and he will be hoping that this will give the team an added boost.

Spurs

Spurs are also up there with bookmakers as one of the top 6 contenders for this seasons title, after their consistently good performances and finishing positions over the past few seasons.

Although they've lacked silverware, Spurs have finished in the top 4 for the past 3 seasons, and bagged the 3rd place spot in 2018 having only lost just 7 of their 38 matches.

Pochettino has developed an excellent squad over the past few years, and hasn’t changed things up too much during the transfer window, with no new players as of yet.

Spurs certainly have the potential to come close to winning the Premier League in 2018-19, especially if Harry Kane continues his impressive goals to games ratio of last season.

If Pochettino can improve things in the final third, including converting crosses from open play, and get Dele Alli playing as he's capable of, Spurs could be in with a shout this season.

Arsenal

Bookmakers offer Arsenal as the final top 6 contender to win the Premier League in 2018-19, and even though they only managed 6th last season, they're still one of the stronger teams.

The biggest concern around Arsenal will be seeing how they have adjusted to new manager Unai Emery, following Arsene Wenger’s departure in May after nearly 22 years in charge.

There have been additions during the transfer window, with German goalkeeper Bernd Leno joining the squad along with Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi.

A number of players have also departed including Jack Wilshere who moved to West Ham.

Unfortunately for Arsenal, they don’t have the easiest of starts to the upcoming Premier League season, having to play both Man City and Chelsea in their first 2 fixtures.

This will be challenging as they really need to get some points on the board early on if they don’t want a repeat of last seasons disappointing start to their Premier League campaign.

Man Utd

After a disappointing end to the season before last, Man Utd seem to be back on track under Jose Mourinho having finished 2nd to Man City last season.

Man Utd have some of the best players in the Premier League, and although they are capable of playing quality football, they don’t seem to have the hunger that they did under Alex Ferguson.

Having said that, bookmakers offer Man Utd 3rd favourites to win the Premier League in 2018-19, but they'll need to work harder than last season if they're to be crowned Champions.

Man Utd host Leicester in the opening fixture of the competition at Old Trafford, and then have a pretty easy run of 8 less challenging opponents before they meet Spurs.

If Mourinho can get some serious points on the table from these matches, Man Utd will be in with much better chance of carrying that form into the middle part of the season.

Great things will be expected from their new signings, including the Brazilian Fred who title rivals Man City were reportedly interested in signing last season.

Man City

Man City, who finished in 3rd place last year are most bookmakers favourites to win this season’s competition, after Pep Guardiola’s £200 million transfer splurge!

Man City now look pretty solid, and with new signing’s including Benjamin Mendy from Monaco and Danilo from Real Madrid, Guardiola's strengthened his squad well.

WilliamHill offer the best Premier League odds on Arsenal winning the title at 7/4.

Chelsea

Chelsea recovered from their abysmal season last year to take last year’s Premier League title under new manager Antonio Conte, and are 2nd favourite to win this time around.

The reigning champions are without a doubt one of the top contenders, however it seems as if they have replaced rather than strengthened during the transfer window.

Conte really could of done with boosting his squad a little more before the defence of their title.

Betfair offer the best Premier League odds on Arsenal winning the title at 4/1.

Man Utd

Man Utd are 3rd favourites to win the Premier League at most bookmakers, and although they haven’t won since 2013, Mourinho will be looking to improve on last seasons 6th place.

They've have added some key players to the squad pre season, with Lukaku joining from Everton, Matic moving from Chelsea and Lindelof signing from Benfica.

Man Utd struggled up front last season, but these new additions should strengthen the squad and give Mourinho the boost he needs to have a more successful season.

Bet365 offer the best Premier League odds on Arsenal winning the title at 7/2.

Spurs

Spurs had their best ever Premier League season last year, and Mauricio Pochettino will be looking to go one better on their 2nd place finish with a title win this season.

Pochettino has been quite in the transfer market, and while other teams have been busy signing new players, Spurs have ensured their strong team remains mostly intact.

While Spurs look solid, having to play their home games at Wembley while their new stadium is being built will be their main hurdle to overcome this season.

Ladbrokes offer the best Premier League odds on Spurs winning the title at 10/1.

Arsenal

Arsenal start their Premier League campaign on a high after securing a Community Shield victory against title holders Chelsea last weekend.

Wenger has a new three at the back formation, and with new signing Lacazette should be more dangerous in attack, putting them in a stronger position coming into the competition.

New signings Sead Kolasinac and Alexandre Lacazette have bolstered the squad, and it’s no wonder bookmakers offer Arsenal as one of favourites in the Premier League Winner market.

Coral offer the best Premier League odds on Arsenal winning the title at 12/1.

The new Premier League season kicks-off on Saturday August 13th, and online bookmakers offer some decent betting offers and odds on who'll win the title this time around.

You'll also get better odds pre-season, so we've taken a look at which teams bookmakers offer as favourites to win the title, and their best Premier League Winner odds.

Man City

Man City, who finished 4th last year and made it into the Champions League, are the bookmakers favourites to win this seasons Premier League title.

New manager Pep Guardiola, who previously managed Bayern Munich, is expected to make his mark and another Premier League title could be on the cards for Man City this season.

With new signing’s Ilkay Gundogan (Borussia Dortmund), Nolito (Celta Vigo) and Oleksandr Zinchenko (FC Ufa), Man City look strong.

If you think Man City can finish 3 places higher than last year and win the title, it's top rated bookmaker Bet365 that currently offer the best Premier League odds at 5/2.

Man Utd

Even though they ended the season on the same number of points as rivals Man City, goal difference saw Man Utd lose out on a top 4 spot under van Gaal.

This season Man Utd come into the competition under new manager José Mourinho, who has high hopes of securing their 14th Premier League title.

There have been a few pre-season signings, with Eric Bailly (Villarreal), Zlatan Ibrahimovic (PSG) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (Borussia Dortmund) joining.

If you think Mourinho can return Man Utd to winning ways and win the Premier League, Ladbrokes are the bookmaker offering the best Premier League odds at 7/2.

Chelsea

Chelsea had a massive shock last season when they only finished in 10th place, after previously winning the Premier League title under former manager Mourinho.

They come into the new Premier League season under new manager Antonio Conte and he’ll be doing all he can to ensure that Chelsea have a better start this season.

There are some new additions to help boost the Chelsea squad, with Michy Batshuayi joining from Marseille and potentially N'Golo Kante from last season’s winners Leicester City.

If you think Conte will guide Chelsea to the title, William Hill offer the best odds at 6/1.

Arsenal

Arsenal came into last season on a high and were one of the favourites to take the title, however they ended in 2nd place after Leicester surprised everyone.

Arsène Wenger will be hoping that Arsenal have an even better season than last, and take home their first Premier League title in over 12 years.

The main issue that Arsenal face is that they’re still struggling up front, and are in desperate need of top-quality signings if they want to lift the trophy in May next year.

Coral are the bookmaker that offers best odds on Arsenal winning the Premier League at 6/1.

Liverpool

Liverpool, who finished in 8th place last season under Jürgen Klopp, are also in most bookmakers top 6 teams to lift the Premier League trophy come next May.

Liverpool have added 6 new faces: Joel Matip (Schalke), Sadio Mane (Southampton), Ragnar Klavan (Augsburg), and Georginio Wijnaldum (Newcastle).

If you think Liverpool can take the title, Betfair offer the best Premier League odds at 9/1.

Spurs

Spurs were fantastic last season, and Mauricio Pochettino will be determined to improve on their 3rd place finish for the upcoming Premier League season.

Spurs have remained pretty steady during the transfer window, with only 1 player leaving and 2 new additions in Victor Wanyama (Southampton) and Vincent Janssen (AZ Alkmaar).

Bet365 offer the best Premier League odds on Spurs winning the title at 12/1.

Archive: 2015/16

The latest Premier League season kicks off this Saturday 8th August, and British Bookmakers have launched a load of offers for the Premier League winner market.

We've taken a look at all of the latest Premier League betting offers and highlighted the best below. This includes amazing price boosts and new signup offers.

As Premier League odds are better pre-season, we've looked at the teams most likely to challenge for the title this year and which bookmakers offer the best odds.

Chelsea

Chelsea, who won last seasons Premier League by 8 points, are once again the bookmakers favourites and lift the trophy for the consecutive season.

While they’ve been playing reasonably well in their pre-season friendlies, they'll start the season on the back of a loss to arch rivals Arsenal in the Community Shield.

If you're betting on Chelsea to win the Premier League, Bet365 offer the best odds at 7/4.

Man City

After narrowly missing out on the tile last season after finishing 2nd to Chelsea, Man City will be determined to win the title back this season.

Man City will also be hoping that new signing Raheem Sterling proves a solid investment, given that they spent £49m on his transfer from Liverpool.

Man City have a strong chance of winning the Premier League and it's top rated British Bookmaker William Hill that currently offer the best odds at 3/1.

Arsenal

Arsenal come into the new Premier League season on a high, having won against the bookmakers favourites Chelsea in the Community Shield last weekend.

They’ve had a pretty good summer, winning both the Asia Trophy and Emirates Cup.

Although Arsenal haven’t won a Premier League title since 2004, they’re considered strong contenders this season - especially after signing Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech.

Bet365 offer the best odds on Arsenal winning the Premier League at 4/1.

Man Utd

Man Utd returned to the top 4 in the league last season after a year’s absence. Although there’s been a lot of transfer activity, Man Utd are still short on attackers.

Having won the Premier League 20 times, the last time in 2013, Louis van Gaal will be looking to add another Premier League trophy to the Old Trafford cabinet.

If you're betting on Man Utd in the Premier League Winner market then head to Coral as they currently offer the best Premier League odds at 11/2.

Liverpool

After the top 4, Liverpool are the only other club that bookmakers feel have a decent chance of winning the upcoming Premier League after finishing 6th last season.

Brendan Rodgers has had a busy summer transfer window to improve key positions, signing Christian Benteke from Liverpool after selling Sterling for £49m.

Liverpool will need a strong start to have a chance of winning, and preparations haven't been ideal with key striker Sturridge not playing due to injury.

For those betting on Liverpool, William Hill offer the best Premier League odds at 28/1.
